The Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection, complemented by the Terms and Conditions of Use, is intended to regulate the processing of personal data to be carried out by Manijobs.
Manijobs is a registered trademark belonging to the company MANI-JOBS – EMPRESA DE WORK TEMPORÁRIO, LDA, which develops its activity in the area of management consultancy and which will be dealt with below by Manijobs.
MANI-JOBS – EMPRESA DE TRABALHO TEMPORÁRIO, LDA, commercial limited liability company headquartered at Avenida Almirante Reis, 131 5ºFTE. 1150-015 Lisbon, with NIPC 502363363.
(1) Data provided directly by the holder;
(2) Data collected within the scope of the relationship established with the holder of such data;
(3) Personal data requested from the holder treated with his consent;
(4) Personal data transferred to you as a subcontractor.
The processing of personal data includes, namely, the registration, collection, consultation, use, adaptation, alteration, storage, destruction of data, among other operations.
The use of the collected data has the following purposes, namely:
(1) Own the activity linked to a consulting company;
(2) The provision of services requested by the holder;
(3) Supply to those involved in the services contracted by the customer;
(4) provide information about products, services, marketing activities, campaigns, promotions, statistical purposes and personalized content, subject to prior consent for this purpose.
Manijobs guarantees the processing of personal data in accordance with the legislation in force regarding its collection, processing, use, disclosure, storage and privacy.
Manijobs will not process personal data that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, as well as the processing of genetic data, biometric data to unequivocally identify a person, data relating to health or data relating to the sexual life or sexual orientation of the holder.
Personal data can only be collected if: the data subject requests a service, responds to a survey, requests more information about a program through a form and/or chatbot or exchanges electronic correspondence with Manijobs. Or is transferred to us on behalf of a controller under a contractual relationship to which Manijobs is a subcontractor.
The non-provision or partial provision of personal data by the holder may limit or make it impossible to carry out the services.
The data subject will give his prior consent regarding the receipt of commercial communications for marketing purposes, being granted the right to object, at any time, by written communication addressed to MANI-JOBS – EMPRESA DE TRABALHO TEMPORÁRIO, LDA. Said commercial information may be sent by Manijobs, via email, telephone, SMS or any other means of electronic communication, social networking websites, Web 2.0, any mobile phone content or method.
In addition to the obligations referred to in the law applicable to data protection or the safeguarding and protection of their own interests, or in the context of contractual performance of a provision of services, Manijobs will not share any personal data with third parties.
Manijobs has adequate technical and organizational measures to protect the processed data, namely, against unauthorized access or any other form of illegal or illicit processing. Manijobs guarantees, in addition to security measures and internal protection of its facilities, the limitation of access to personal data only to its employees for the fulfillment of the processing purposes.
The data subject is given the right to access and rectify the processed data, and may, at any time, withdraw the consent for the processing and request the deletion of the data, by written communication addressed to Manijobs to: MANI-JOBS – WORKING COMPANY TEMPORÁRIO, LDA, Avenida Almirante Reis, 131 5ºFTE. 1150-015 Lisbon – Portugal.
Manijobs will use reasonable efforts to ensure that it retains data about the data subject only for as long as is necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was collected, or as required under any contract or applicable law, within a maximum period of 5 ( five) years, or other that specific legislation requires.
Manijobs’ privacy and personal data protection policies apply to the processing of personal data carried out in the context of its commercial activities.
